project 10 pan

I’ve seen this all over the blogosphere, it’s very disciplined way to not buy any more makeup until they hit the pan or finish up ten beauty products. This is a way of making beauty collectors use to really use their product and make them think “do I really need blah blah blah??” But I think this applies to people who have a lot of makeup and lotions and perfumes.I do have a lot–well I think I do considering I live in a room with three girls, but it’s pretty small compared to other beauty bloggers but hey it’s always good to always save money. I mean I have about 7 blushes, 4 eyeshadow palletes, 3 eyeshadow singles, 4 Korres lipproducts, 4 Chanel lipsticks, 2 face powders, and about 6-7 Chanel glossimers. I have about 10(or more) nail polishes and a majority of them Chnel too. Like I said, it’s not a lot compared to other people who have makeup but it’s still a lot. I don’t have 7 pairs of cheeks to put on blush nor do I have that many lipsticks. I don’t even have eyeliner but that’s ok, I have an eyeliner brush so I can use the eyeshadow as a liner. I do have a few perfumes and I recently reduced my lotions down to baby oil and 2 Lush massage bars and I got this Vaseline lotion from my parent’s house because it was gonna expire in a few months and they were gonna go out of the country for a month too so I got this too–it’s a full bottle of Vaseline lotion but lately since it’s been cold, it’s not that moisturizing (I really dry skin).

this is of recently…and for skincare products suff that are empty this May.

  1. Chanel Poudre Douce in Peche Tendre (hit the pan for a while now)
  2. Witch Hazel Toner (last week and I just started on my 2nd bottle)
  3. Bottle of  Sunscreen SPF 30
  4. Olay total Effects night moisturizer (free sample)
  5. Estee Lauder Idealist (free sample)
  6. L’oreal nature’s therapy moisture cream conditioner

Good potentials: Really really close to being done!!!

  1. Trader Joe’s Tea Tree body wash
  2. Estee Lauder Eye Cream (free sample)
  3. 2nd Estee Lauder Idealist (free sample)
  4. Nivea hand cream
  5. Breathe Skin In-Shower conditioner (I got this as a gift)
  6. Chanel Aqualumiere Gloss in Glass Quartz
  7. Sexy Hair Concepts Sulfate Free shampoo in Soy Chocolate Milk
  8. L’Oreal Toner (I’ve been using this as a makeup remover before going to the gym or trying to reapply to something new)

I noticed that when I’m almost close to finishing a product I buy a new product. I use to refer to being “finished” with a products when I do have an inch left but hey…you know that inch of product might last a while like the Trader Joe’s Tea Tree Wash had a little to go and thinking I was gonna be done like  in 2-3 days, it’s been lasting me for quite some time.

Anyways I love finishing up my products just to know what I did was worth the price I paid.
